Loft Villa

Our loft villas are designed with the family in mind, sleeping up to 6 people. The loft villas offer two bedrooms, one with queen bed and one with two singles, two bathrooms, open plan living area, full kitchen. The loft area upstairs has two fixed single day beds ideal for the kids and loads of extra space. Each loft villa has a laundry with washing machine and dryer, verandah and private courtyard.

I write to you today with regards to two of your staff members, Sharla (Reception) and John (Maintenance).

My friend and I had a lovely overnight stay at your resort the weekend of 2 and 3 November, 2019. Whilst all of your staff were lovely, I’d like to provide some feedback specifically about these two individuals.

I locked my keys in my car as we were preparing to depart for the drive home. John and Sharla went above and beyond to provide us assistance – in fact, they were more helpful than the NRMA Roadside assistance person was!

I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for their assistance. They provided an outstanding level of customer service, demonstrating that they take their job seriously and they genuinely care about the people that visit the resort.

They are both an asset to your service, and I wish to commend them on their helpfulness and their work ethic. I would not hesitate to return to Rafferty’s, and I would recommend the resort to anyone looking for a wonderful place to relax and get away. Whilst you are located in a glorious part of the world, it was truly the people (i.e. your staff) who made our stay truly excellent!
