The Raffertys Resort planning proposal seeks to increase the maximum building height at Raffertys Resort, Cams Wharf, to enable higher density tourism development.
The proposal seeks to increase the maximum building height at 2 Lorikeet Loop from 8.5m to 36.5m, and to increase the maximum building height at 1 Wild Duck Drive from 8.5m to 16m.
